On December 2018 I was diagnosed with an allergy to Colophony. Colophony is a resin that comes from coniferous trees such as pine trees. It is completely natural and can be organic, but for some reason it harms my body.

Before I was diagnosed with an allergy to Colophony, my hands were dry and bled from the knuckles constantly. I was also constipated for long periods of time and had horrible joint pain.

It began to get worse and worse very quickly, I was at the point where touching water would make my eyes tear up because it felt like burning. My pediatrician had prescribed different types of steroid creams and ointments, including the strongest one available to her. For some reason, my hands kept getting worse and worse. I was then referred to a dermatologist.
